BodyPump
THE ORIGINAL WEIGHTS CLASS THAT BUILDS STRENGTH, TONES YOUR BODY AND PUSHES YOU TO THE LIMIT EVERY TIME. BE STRONG.
- This 60 minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like Squats, Presses, Lifts and Curls
- Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast!
- Like all the LES MILLS programs, a new BODYPUMP class is produced every three months with new music and choregraphy.

L.I.F.T
Lifting Is For Teens
This class is designed for children 12-15 years to promote and provide a safe and instructional training in the weight/cardio room. Upon succesful completion, teens will be allowed unsupervised access to the weight/cardio room. L.I.F.T. badges must be worn and visible at all times. Non-marking athletic shoes are required (no flip-flops or sandals.) Class is for members only. A minimum of 4 children required for class to be held.
CLASSES WILL BE SCHEDULED MONTHLY OR AS NEEDED.

BODYPUMP ™
This class is based on the proven formula of the REP Effect. The REP Effect exhausts muscles using light weights on a barbell with high repetitions. Bodypump features 10 tracks focusing on a different muscle group creating a long-term calorie burning response. This class is for all levels and modifications are offered.

BOOTCAMP
This class is designed for mulitple levels performed in a group setting. This high impact class is often set up in AMRAP workout form which stands for “As Many Reps As Possible” in a set amount of time. This class is set up to motivate and challenge every participant. *Additional Fee Applies*

Define & Align
This class combines the intensity of strength training, the empowering movement of yoga, and the beneficial core training of Pilates, to help you feel stronger, leaner, and more aesthetically aligned!

Tabata
This class is High Intensity Interval Training for all levels in a group setting. Tabata is designed to raise your heart rate to an Anaerobic Zone for short bursts of time. The work to rest ratio is 10 seconds of rest between 20 seconds of exercise. Modifications are offered.

Zumba
Zumba is an aerobic fitness program featuring movements inspired by various styles of Latin America dance and performed primarily to Latin American dance music. Zumba is for all levels of fitness and fun for all!

Feel Good Flow
This slower paced yoga class is great for releasing tension, sore muscles, and relieving stress. It focuses on moving the body and stretching in ways that can improve mobility and flexibility.

YOGA

SILVER SNEAKERS
This class encourages older adults to participate in low impact physical activities that will help improve muscle strength and range of motion. Silver Sneakers is offered in chairs where participants use hand-held light weights, elastic tubing bands, and flexible balls to create resistance.

Tai Chi
Tai Chi is an internal Chinese Martial Art practiced for both defense training, its health benefits, and meditation. Tai Chi offers low impact movements that help increase flexibility, balance, range of motion, relaxation, mental focus, strength, and wellbeing.

Step
The foot moving, heart pumping cardio class is for all levels! Step aerobics is and aerobic exercise that is performed by stepping onto and off of an elevated platform.
