This class offers help to improve endurance and mobility while offering fun exercises that don’t feel like a workout, but more like a party with friends!

Range of Motion (Shallow)

This class will work on participants upper and lower body range of motin as well as offering a full body workout. Moderate movement and strength building is a plus in this class.
